hati (middle): Hello everybody, we are 9GOATS BLACK OUT. I am the bassist, hati. utA (left): I am on the guitar, utA. ryo (right): I am ryo, the vocalist. hati: Thanks to CLJ Records our third masterpiece “Black rain” will be released on 8thof June in Europe. We just wanna say thank you. Unfortunately, we are not able to go right now to Europe, even though we got so much support from our Fans in Europe. But we are so happy, that we are able to release our CD, we really appreciate that! all: Thank you! hati: Well, what is our album “Black rain” about? What kind of feelings flew in our work? I would like to ask my band colleagues. ryo, please start. ryo: The theme of “black rain” is about peoples feelings, which are left behind after the rain stopped, about existing in a harsh and severe reality...How they try to catch a glimpse of light, when they are suffering. This is the scene that we draw in our songs. For sure, this incorporates the nature of Japanese people in first sight, but I am already curious how the listeners from abroad react to this feelings! Even if you don’t catch exactly the theme, we were aiming at, it’s okay! But we would like you to try to get emotionally involved in “Black rain”. hati: Yes, so now let’s ask utA about the music; comparing “Devils in bedside” and “Sleeping Beauty”, why should we listen to “Black rain”? utA: Okay, to put it in one single word, it’s an album about “love”. For example songs like “in the rain” or “ROMEO”, all songs in this album –from the first to the last- have a connection. If you listen just once to this album, you will maybe think its quiet calm, but if you listen more and more, I am sure you will become part of our world. Please listen to it! hati: Yeah, that’s right; our newest album is about love - the melodies, the lyrics. If you enjoy all these elements, we three would be totally glad! Next question: What impressions do we have about Europe? Have you ever been there? ryo: Europe? Haven’t been there yet... hati: Then, how do we think about this Europe, we have never been to? Thinking: “Must be like that there” or “It’s a place like this”. utA? utA: Um, well...In one word again: Art! This is a strong image in my eyes... How can I say? Seen from the Japanese point...it’s somehow about art museum! hati: Somehow!? *laugh* utA: Yeah, there is this commercial, isn’t that the Louvre? France, right? ryo: I guess. utA: Exactly this image! hati: I see... utA: I think, it is totally interesting! hati: Thank you, next one, ryo, please! ryo: Last year, my family spent some time in Germany for business and they said, the sausages – the real sausages! - where really tasty. So I would like to experience these differences in food culture first hand. Furthermore, as Japanese it always needs an big effort to leave our country, because it is an island, but in Europe so many countries are directly connected on one continent, so I want to travel around there, see many different things like mountains, different rows of houses and streets...in reality! Desirable impressions, right? hati: Now, when I listen to ryo’s words, I feel like I want to eat ... sausages!!! Everybody, due to this case, please, we would like to come and eat sausages! *laugh* Because I also only have seen Europe on TV, I want to see the beauty of culture and monuments. I have the impression of many beautiful countries...that’s why I would like to go there! So, one day –hopefully not one day late in the future- we will come to Europe! Please wait for us! And not to forget, at this moment, 9GOATS BLACK OUT are doing a one-man tour through Japan, called “Bright Garden”. On this tour we perform our three works “devils in bedside”, “Sleeping Beauty” and “Black rain”. And from now on, 9GOATS BLACK OUT will create lots of new songs and themes and put them in a new Album! And if you have the wish for a future release in Europe, we would be pleased and hope you will all listen to it! ryo: Yes, if we have the chance to present our next album as well to Europe and enter for the first time a stage there, we hope you all will be already excited! hati: Yeah, and when you listen to our songs and start to feel something special, we would be happy!
